TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates quoted on the website are inclusive of discounts applicable for all villa categories and selected residence types.
• Complimentary daily dinner is applicable in the open dining outlets.
• Complimentary meals for children below 12 years from the Parrotfish Kids menu.
• A 50% discount is applicable for children dining from the a la carte menu.
• The offer is valid for stays from Now until 22nd December 2025 (Excluding the period from 23rd December 2024 - 10th January 2025)
• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 16% GST, return transfer (before discount) of US$ 950 per Adult / US$ 475 per Child, and US$ 6 per person per night Green Tax

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For travel until 31st October 2024
  • Cancellations that are made 14 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
• For travel from 01st November 2024 to 22nd December 2025
  • Cancellations that are made 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
